As soon as your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation shipping email titled “Your order is on the way”. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email.

If you have yet to receive the email, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 1-3 working days to be dispatched.

We regret to inform that no returns or exchanges are allowed due to hygiene concerns, as the mask is a highly sensitive product - we seek your kind understanding on this.

If your item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered: Please do reach out to us within 7 working days after receipt of your product. We'll not be able to provide any form of remedy (i.e. refunds and/or replacements) beyond this timeline.

As every individual's face shape and size is unique, we would advise you to check the dimensions on the sizing chart here and select a size that is most suitable for the wearer's face for a more well-informed decision.

As a general guideline:

Size 1: Infants

Size 2: Toddlers/Petite Adults

Size 2+: Petite Adults/Standard Adult with Smaller Face Size

Size 3: Standard Adult with Average Face Size

Size 4: Standard Adult with Large Face Size

Size 5: Standard Adult with Larger Face Size

*Customers who purchase the wrong size will not be entitled to a refund/exchange due to the sensitivity of the product. Please follow our sizing chart closely to avoid sizing issues.

We recommend to swap out the wire when it is no longer able to provide a good fit for the wearer due to wear and tear. 

A filter is not needed in most low-risk situations, as long as wearers adhere to safe-distancing guidelines. However, customers looking for fine particle protection can purchase a PM2.5 filter and slot it into the filter pocket on our mask.
